Blueberry Lemon Crostata

3 cups blueberries

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. grated lemon rind

1 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp. sugar optional depending how sweet your berries are.

1 x crostata pastry

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.

Toss all of the ingredients together and pile inside of the pastry shell. Fold the edges of the crust in as seen in the photograph. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy. Serve warm with ice cream.
