Kale Goddess Smoothie


Makes 1 smoothie

  • ½  small apple cored and cut in ¼’s

  • 1 small fresh banana

  • 1 cup raw kale leaves stemmed loosely packed

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • ½ cp coconut water or apple juice

  • 1 Tbsp.  lemon juice

  • 1/8  tsp cinnamon

Put  all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glass, sprinkle with granola
