Dungeness Crab Legs with Lemon Caper Crème Fraiche

  • 1 lb fresh crab legs

    Dipping Sauce

  • crème fraiche or full fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp capers, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, washed

  • 2-3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Stir all the sauce ingredients together and serve with chilled crab legs It is also great with fresh prawn tails.
