Dungeness Crab Legs with Lemon Caper Crème Fraiche
1 lb fresh crab legs
Dipping Sauce
crème fraiche or full fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp capers, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, washed
2-3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Stir all the sauce ingredients together and serve with chilled crab legs It is also great with fresh prawn tails.
