coconut macadamia tart
  • 1-9” press pastry shell, baked

  • 1 ¼ cups macademias, toasted          

  • ½ cup ribbon coconut, toasted      

  • 5/8 cup brown sugar

  • 3 Tbs. honey

  • 3 oz. butter

  • 3 Tbs. whipping cream

  • 3 egg yolks

  • vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Melt together the brown sugar, honey & butter in microwave.

Whisk together the whipping cream, egg yolks, and vanilla. Slowly whisk he first mixture into the second mixture. Stir in coconuts and macadamia nuts.

Bake the tart on a cookie tray for 25-30 minutes or until the centre is set. Let cool and enjoy!
